Critical patients are SUPER challenging, but really rewarding to nurse.
They need a lot of intensive care, and there is a LOT to monitor in these patients - and things often change very quickly!
We can use a lot of nursing intuition and advanced skills when caring for these patients - and in this 90-minute interactive workshop, we'll look at what that care involves.
We'll work together to use a tool called 'Kirby's Rule of 20' - 20 critical parameters to monitor in intensive patients - to plan and deliver nursing care.
You'll leave the session feeling confident, inspired and ready to tackle your intensive patients!
